Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
RETURNS
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and it must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note referencing your full name, e-mail you provided in the order and the order number.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You (customer) will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MONEY BACK (if applicable)
To request a refund, please send an email to support@theminibank.com with your request. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please send the items to the provided address. Upon receipt, we will conduct a Review of Goods to ensure they meet the accepted refund conditions. Once approved, a prompt money back refund will be issued.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We will replace items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to us over our contact page within 24 hours after delivery for review.
If a delivery was made to a wrong address.
If the delivery address in the checkout at TheMiniBank was entered correctly but the package was delivered to a wrong address you can open a case. If you (customer) have entered your address incorrectly in the checkout and therefore the package has not arrived, you cannot receive a refund, as the goods are "lost" for TheMiniBank in this sense.
Insured premium shipping with tracking number
Our "Insured premium shipping with tracking number" only comes into effect if your package has been stolen and therefore does not arrive or if your products arrive damaged. If you (customer) have entered the wrong address in the checkout of TheMiniBank, this delivery insurance does not apply and therefore no refund can be made in this case either.
